How to Apply for Assistance
In order to apply for assistance, please complete the application below. An email will be sent to you once your application is received and further document may be required.
Single female head of household
One or more dependent children under 18 years old
Children must be enrolled in school if they are school-age
Must be employed (20+ hours per week)
Being insurable and able to provide proof of auto insurance
Annual income must not exceed $50,000
If receiving a vehicle, applicant is required to pay for car insurance and have it in place at time of delivery
